Last week I was in my New Media Development class going through XD functions, and figured I should talk a little about what I learned in class.
We went over how to apply animation to elements in your artboards, such as buttons, sliders, or anything you want to animate. How to do this is to switch to the prototype screen and click & drag while holding the option key to copy the artboard, change the element that’s being animated on the new artboard to its end result, then drag the blue arrow from the first version of your element to the last. After this, press the play button to see your end result. It was definitely a lot easier to do than I thought.
